I had the sudden idea of making a mermaid character, so I went to it.
Here's Stella, a gypsy mermaid bellydancer. I got inspiration from other artists and stuff to come up with her design. I'll hopefully do more pics of her in the future. I've made the water from this tutorial [link] It'll show you how to make realistic water with just default brushes and smudging tools. It's a PS tutorial, but feasable in PSP. I'll give credit to the person who made this tut. Stella belongs to me |
