Nice work! I think you may have gone a bit overboard with the highlighting, though. Certainly makes for an interesting change from the style of most images of this character.

Whoa, bright, colorful, shiny and stylistic! It's very pretty, though I recommend bolder lines in some places, to help tell her figure apart from the background.
